Write here often, everyday if you can. Practicing your English everyday ... 5 hours every day minimum.
This class is your job, 9 to five, 8 hours, 5 days a week.
Imagine you are getting paid by the Canadian Government and your `teacher` is your project manager.
Each Wednesday tell me how you practiced your English outside of the classroom.
How did you use what you learned in class in the street?
What did you hear ? What did you say ? How did you feel ?
Your Journal is a place to think about and write about the following two things:
1. Self Assessment > Think about what you can do (in English) and how well you can do it. What is challenging ?
2. Learning Reflection > Think about your way of learning and what helps you learn. What might help you learn better ?
Go to the `speech bubbles` above and post a journal entry often ! Read a bit first. Look around the wiki, so that you can get an idea of what is where. Respond to your classmate's writing too.
Notice the "Discussion Box" for the "JOURNAL - current month".
Go to the bottom of the "Discussion Box" and add your journal entry to that box instead of starting a new "Discussion Box".
I hope that my edit marks will help you learn for next time: ( - add this - ) < - delete this - > [ SP ] correct your spelling
Go back to all your writing and correct it !
This is a way to learn from your mistakes.
Making lots of mistakes is wonderful!
You learn more ... so go ahead and make lots of mistakes !
